The resident Doctor at our practice is Dr Jomarie Weyers. Dr Weyers completed her MBChB degree at the University of Pretoria, Cum Laude, in 2020. She then completed her internship at Dr George Mukhari Academic Hospital and community service at Kalafong Hospital. Dr Weyers completed two postgraduate qualifications, a Diploma in Primary Emergency Care and a Diploma in HIV Management. Dr Weyers is excited to serve the people in the community around her practice and to build lasting relationships with her patients. She has a passion for people and believes Medicine works best if the patient fully understands its purpose and their condition.
When she is not at the practice you will find her either out running, curled up with a good book or planning her next travel experience.
Mrs Weyers is the practice manager, she ensures that the practice runs smoothly by booking appointments and facilitating claims from the medical aid. Mrs Weyers has 38 years of experience managing an office and has recently endeavoured into medical practice management.
When she is not at work you will find her tending to her growing collection of orchids!
